Michael Jumper commented on GUACAMOLE-576:
------------------------------------------

>From http://guacamole.apache.org/faq/#probably-not-a-bug:

{quote}
Please remember that Guacamole is used by many others without issue, and the
more fundamental a problem is, the less likely it’s a bug. ...

In cases like this, where you are encountering an issue with something
fundamental to Guacamole, it is better to recheck the documentation to see if
there's something you missed. Failing that, ask the community about the problem
you're having on the u...@guacamole.apache.org mailing list.

Clipboard does in fact work. The degree of direct access available varies by
browser. If the browser in question does not provide a means of granting access
to the clipboard, you will need to use the clipboard interface in the Guacamole
menu:

Recent changes to Chrome (version 66+) add an API which allows applications to
request access, and support for that API was recently added via GUACAMOLE-559.
Additionally, IE versions 10 and 11 provide access via an older version of the
clipboard API which Guacamole has supported for some time (GUACAMOLE-24). Older
versions of Chrome can also be used with the older API through a third-party
extension:
