By the way, if you are already using the clipboard interface in the menu and
things still aren't working (this seems to be the case in the image you
provided), please check your guacd logs. If there is a warning there regarding
the "cliprdr" plugin, it's likely that you're simply missing that FreeRDP
plugin and will need to install additional packages on your server.
In either case, if you're still encountering this, please post to the user@
mailing list. There is definitely not a fundamental bug in the handling of RDP
clipboard.
