There is no overflow, and those are not recording IDs. The numeric suffix is
appended as a failsafe to avoid overwriting recordings, and Guacamole will
simply refuse to search for additional unused suffixes after reaching "255".
Avoid relying purely on that failsafe mechanisms like that suffix. Instead,
choose recording names which will not collide with each other. In addition to
using different recording directories, names, etc. on a per-connection and
per-user basis, you can include the date and time within the recording name.
Guacamole will do this for you if you use parameter tokens:
