The 0.9.10 release introduced both screen recording and the GUAC_DATE /
GUAC_TIME parameter tokens. It was the initial development of screen recording
which revealed that such tokens were necessary, and they were added as part of
[GUAC-1451|https://glyptodon.org/jira/browse/GUAC-1451] ("Implement text-based
screen recording for SSH/telnet"), completed just prior to the project's move
to the Apache Incubator, and ultimately released alongside the screen recording
support in 0.9.10.
