Øistein Myge commented on GUACAMOLE-370:
----------------------------------------

I have similar issue. I have setup Microsoft Windows Server 2016 servers, a RD
Gateway, RD Connection Broker and RD Session Host.
If I try to connect with this setup:

Name: TEST
Protocol: RDP
Parameters
  Network
    Hostname: Name of RD Connection Broker Server
    Port: 3389
  Authentication
    Username: ${GUAC_USERNAME}
    Password: ${GUAC_PASSWORD}
    Domain: our domain
    Security mode: NLA
  Remote Desktop Gateway
    Hostname: Name of our RD Gateway Server
    Port: 443
    Username: ${GUAC_USERNAME}
    Password: ${GUAC_PASSWORD}
    Domain: our domain
  Load Balancing
    Load balance info/cookie: tsv://MS Terminal Services Plugin.1.TEST

I get this in the syslog:

Sep 29 20:04:19 SK-Guacomole01 guacd[1384]: Creating new client for protocol
"rdp"
Sep 29 20:04:19 SK-Guacomole01 guacd[1384]: Connection ID is

Sep 29 20:04:19 SK-Guacomole01 guacd[2052]: Loading keymap "en-us-qwerty"

And after it disconnects, this also adds to the syslog

cataline.out shows this:

I've also tried to skip the gateway, but I get the same error and experience.

>             Project: Guacamole
>          Issue Type: Bug
>          Components: guacamole
>    Affects Versions: 0.9.13-incubating
>         Environment: Ubuntu Xenial 16.04
>            Reporter: Rodrigo Gonçalves
>
> Connecting to a broker does not work. _load-balancing-info_ informed as well
> but no success.
> Only "Error connecting to RDP server" in guacd logs.
> When trying to connect to one of the serves in the collection, it will work
> if it is the server running the user session.
> If a connection is tried to a secondary server, and this tries to redirect to
> the correct one, the connection is lost in guacd.
> Config used:
> {code:xml}
> <config name="Desktop Virtual" protocol="rdp">
>     <param name="hostname" value="broker-address" />
>     <param name="port" value="3389" />
>     <param name="enable-printing" value="true" />
>     <param name="ignore-cert" value="true" />
>     <param name="load-balancing-info" value="tsv://MS Terminal Services
> Plugin.1.Secretarias" />
> </config>
> {code}
