Michael Jumper commented on GUACAMOLE-417:
------------------------------------------
I'm not sure having Guacamole launch a command via SSH would be the way to go
about this. It may work, but it seems a bit of an abuse to just have Guacamole
run a command via SSH once the connection is established.
Why not run the command when starting the VNC server, thus ensuring that
command is the only thing running? Or leverage something like XRDP which would
provide RDP-like features like this on top of VNC?

> Components: guacamole-client

> Priority: Minor
>
> I would like to launch a command in the -client- server when VNC connection
> is established. Mainly via SSH. Something similar to the SFTP thing but with
> SSH params.
> Also will be interesting to expose environment variables to this command like
> user, connection_name, role, org...
> The use case is to customize the remote app.
> Thanks!
