When opening a PR,  the commit message could be _[HUDI-xxx] Jira summary_. For 
example, git commit -m "[HUDI-225] Create Hudi Timeline Server Fat Jar"

Also, it would be better if we could provide PR templates like 
[FLINK|[https://github.com/apache/flink]] or 
[Helix|[https://github.com/apache/helix/wiki/Pull-Request-Description-Template]].
