Review Comment:
   I took a closer look and there is no doubt that the ordering val will be 
used multiple times. I think it's better to keep this ordering val in 
HoodieRecord just like HoodieRecordPayload. Since this value will not change 
during writing and we can reduce the multiply extract ordering val time.
