Maybe you can try to reproduce this with the following code snippet:
`System.out.println(VM.current().sizeOf("aaa"));`
I'm not sure if this problem is os related, I can reproduce it with the
given jdk version(and when I upgrade the jdk version to 11, it goes), but when
I use jdk1.8.0_172.jdk in another mac computer, it works normally.
