Review Comment:
I think it's a bug, not matter whether enable
`hoodie.filesystem.operation.retry.enable` or not, we should not allow delete
the file failed quietly, otherwise wrong result might happen.
So change in `HoodieRetryWrapperFileSystem ` is not enough.
