Just add a new method in write stat for this line:
`writeStat.getNumInserts() == 0 && writeStat.getNumUpdateWrites() == 0 &&
writeStat.getNumDeletes() > 0`.
And what about a log file that contains both data lock and delete block,
those deleted records also need an update to MDT for RLI.
