### Change Logs
Removed `HoodieSnapshotCopier` with `TestHoodieSnapshotCopier`, as it was
deprecated and disabled more than 3 years ago.
`HDFSParquetImporter` was also deprecated at the same time as
HoodieSnapshotCopier, and should be removed in 0.11.0. For compatibility
support of hudi-cli API (import/upsert) I did not delete `HDFSParquetImporter`,
but moved it from hudi-utilities to hudi-cli module (with deletion of some
useless code, as it is not a separate utility anymore). Now it is used only in
hudi-cli by SparkMain `IMPORT` and `UPSERT` commands.
Also removed deprecated `HDFSParquetImportCommand` with
`ITTestHDFSParquetImportCommand` from hudi-cli.
