**PR is ready.** @danny0405 , `RowDataKeyGen` couldn't be used to replace all use cases for now. Described it in this comment: https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/12796#discussion_r1959542274 I propose to handle it in a separate PR to localize possible issues. Extending functionality of `RowDataKeyGen` involves revisiting of functionality of all other key generators. I've manually tested Flink write into Hudi without bucket index, with simple bucket index, and consistent hashing.
