### Change Logs
Subtask of RFC-87:
* Introduce RowData handles write RowData directly into log/base file
without Avro converting.
* Introduce binary buffer based on managed memory (on-heap or off-heap) for
writing function, to minimize influence of GC.
* Support collect column stats efficiently from block metadata (Parquet
metadata).
### Impact
More efficient flink ingestion.
