### Change Logs
In the multi-writer test of interest, if the instant time for DC is after
compaction instant times, during conflict resolution, the DC of interest may
not consider compaction and might succeed. Eventually the compaction execution
will fail, but the tests of interest is mainly asserting that DC of interest
will fail due to conflicts w/ compaction instant. So, fixing the flakiness in
this patch.
Ran all 4 combinations for 50 times and did not see any failures w/ this
fix.
