### Change Logs Adding upsert prepped api to write client for optimized flow for metadata table. this is stacked on top of https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/13005 This new write client api is not yet integrated anywhere. We are going to raise lot of smaller patches as part of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HUDI-9281.
