### Change Logs
- The bloom index uses the `HoodieKeyLookupHandle` which looks up the latest
base file for the provided file group ID and partition path. This runs the risk
of returning the base file for a pending compaction which results in a runtime
failure since the file does not actually exist yet. Instead, we can use
`getBaseFileOn` which will properly filter out these incomplete commits.

- Fixes bug when running bloom index with async compaction
