Review Comment:
I don't think there is harm in making this synchronized. Right now there is
one more gap, the TransactionManager is assumed to be used in a single thread
but the streamer's async services in Hudi just use the same write client as the
writer thread and therefore the same transaction manager. We may need to
introduce some state for which thread holds the lock.
