@linliu-code We can add support for Spark 3.2 as well in this PR if it is not very difficult. The fix should ideally work for Spark 3.2 as well. Also since local timestamp is not supported for older hudi versions, it is better to throw UnsupportedOperationException for any conversions related to it.
