Thanks @wombatu-kun for your contribution, I mostly agree with @voonhous feedback. I feel like it would be more preferred to have a single PR where we can end to end show that the bloom filter content is written to an actual lance data file, and that we can read back that data and verify the contents are correct, since right now this pr is just setup and its hard to know if there will be further issues. If you atleast have some kinda poc draft code you can link on this pr then we could likely merge this initial step.
