Review Comment:
Every case writes and reads the same schema, so `typeChangeInfos` stays
empty and `shouldUseInternalSchema` never becomes true in
`SparkXXLegacyHoodieParquetFileFormat`. The suite therefore never reaches the
branch that swaps Spark's `VectorizedParquetRecordReader` for Hudi's
`HoodieVectorizedParquetRecordReader`, nor the `InternalSchemaCache` lookup
that feeds it - the parts of these per-version copies that actually differ from
stock `ParquetFileFormat`.

Cheapest way to close it: write commit 1 with `value: Int` and commit 2 with
`value: Long`. In COW the commit-1 base files of the untouched ids keep the
narrower physical type, so reading them against the widened table schema goes
through `HoodieParquetFileFormatHelper.buildImplicitSchemaChangeInfo` and
exercises `HoodieVectorizedParquetRecordReader`.
