This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage
(HUDI-9444).
**Findings: the linked PR has not merged; keeping this open.**
PR #13349 is still **open and unmerged**, so nothing has landed.
The PR is explicitly marked WIP ('[HUDI-9444] WIP Improve Key Lookup for
HFile/Metadata'), so it is not review-ready. JIRA is In Progress with assignee
Y Ethan Guo. Overlaps #17025 (HUDI-9442) - same author, same area, and PR
#13348 is the sibling.
Keeping this open until #13349 merges.
