This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage (HUDI-8482). **Findings: not done, and the linked PR is closed without merging.** PR #12208 (`[HUDI-8482] Introduce partition-level metrics and add more compaction metrics`) is **closed and unmerged**. A closed-unmerged PR is not a fix, so any `status:pr-available` label here is misleading - it implies a patch awaiting review when there is none, and is worth removing.
