Done - `Test Auto-Inferred Variant Shredding on COW` no longer sets the
property, with a comment saying why; its inferred-footer assertions now fail if
the default goes back to false. The other two inference legs keep the explicit
`true`, so they still state what they test if the default ever moves again.
