On native Linux Docker the `./data/minio` bind mount comes up root-owned
755, so this uid-65532 server exits with `FATAL Unable to initialize backend:
file access denied` and `mc` never creates the bucket. Could the notebooks
`minio` service set `user: root` (or use a named volume like the
`docker/compose` stacks), here or in a follow-up?
