We can track ORC writer support in HoodieSparkFileWriterFactory through the
existing issue
[apache/hudi#16843](https://github.com/apache/hudi/issues/16843). Regular
native log writes with the SPARK record type already hit the same unsupported
path when the base file format is ORC.
