## Description
closes #926
Renames the four feature toggles on `HudiTable.create` to
`enable_record_index`, `enable_metadata_table`, `enable_column_stats` and
`enable_partition_stats`, so each reads as a switch and matches the
`hoodie.*.enable` config it sets. Behavior and defaults are unchanged (`None`
keeps the native default). `hive_style_partitioning` keeps its name since it
selects a path layout. The write API has not shipped in a release, so nothing
published depends on the old names.

`test_table_write.py` calls `create` with the new names in the existing
toggle and validation tests and passes.
