[~shivnarayan] this is actually super high priority. lets knock this off
first?
Adding to the list
* Turning on timeline server based marker files (need to may be test bit more,
may be [~pwason] can help, as it would reduce list calls for hdfs too?)
* Dropping default parallelism from 1500 to 200. (we need to ensure a 1TB
upsert can still work the same)
lets test these out and get it moving.
