## What is the purpose of the pull request
This PR adds more configuration to Kafka setup script for long-running tests.
## Brief change log
- Adds two new configuration options to specific:
- `-b`: number of batches of records to generate (default is 1).
- `-o`: record key offset to start with (default is 0)
- For multiple batches of data generation, adds idle time between
consecutive batches to emulate continuous incoming Kafka messages.
## Verify this pull request
The script has been verified by running it with Hudi Kafka Connect setup.
