Progress till now: I've implemented few of the headers required for VSR namely GenericHeader, PrepareHeader, CommitHeader, ReplyHeader. I've yet to implement PrepareOk, StartViewChange, DoViewChange, StartView etc. I've also added everything in `EntryCommand` enum to `Operation` enum. I'm working on implementing `Generic Message Type`. My question here: Are iggy messages also replicated?
