`SemanticVersion` needs 12 bytes for numeric part and pre-release is string.
It has
[`get_numeric_version()`](https://github.com/apache/iggy/blob/master/core/server/src/versioning.rs#L109)
which packs the numeric part into `u32`. I think this can work.
Tigerbeetle does something similar with: ` .release = vsr.Release.from(.{
.major = 0, .minor = 0, .patch = 10 }),`
