Some architectural nuances I need to clear up on.

Mainly we can have the users be dynamic. Now should we maintain a user id
mapping or should we maintain a pool of synthetic ids, with disconnected users
available to be reassigned?

Also. do we have to maintain user_id as `u32`, or can should we increase
size? Or keep it the same, I was thinking of some form of user id marker like
if greater than `2^32 - <n_dyn_ids>` it's a dynamic id, otherwise it's static.
