TCP-TLS and WSS pinned handshakes and encrypted I/O to shard 0. Reuse TCP/WS fd delegation to transfer raw sockets and listener configuration before either handshake. Preserve placement policy, client ID allocation and the existing inbox frame size. Clear metadata on shutdown and reject late connection installs.
