Parent tracker: #4232. Audit and migrate the bundled sinks so the runtime receives a delivery acknowledgment only after the destination condition documented for that sink has been met. Acceptance criteria: - Publish a support matrix covering acknowledgment meaning, required destination settings, buffering, partial failures, and duplicate behavior. - Buffered sinks acknowledge only after the relevant writes complete. S3 coverage includes a batch below its normal rotation threshold and termination before upload. - Database and object storage sinks verify the relevant commit or write result. HTTP documentation identifies the receiver behavior required for durable acknowledgment. - Each configuration advertised as supporting the guarantee passes the applicable shared tests and tests against its destination. - Unsupported configurations fail explicitly when the guarantee is requested. - No compatibility adapter infers durable delivery merely from a legacy success return. Depends on A and B, with tests from E.
