   Fixes #4330

Adds `deleteConsumerOffset` to the Java SDK consumer offsets clients,
following the recipe in the issue.

   **Changes:**
   - `ConsumerOffset.DELETE(122)` in `serde/CommandCode.java` (the VSR mapping
is already present in `VsrOperation.java`)
   - `deleteConsumerOffset` on both the async and blocking
`ConsumerOffsetsClient` interfaces, same arguments as `getConsumerOffset`, no
return value; blocking keeps the `Long`-based default overloads used by the
other methods
   - Async TCP client: payload is
`[consumer][stream_id][topic_id][partition_flag:1][partition_id:4 LE][ack:1]`,
matching the wire format of
`core/binary_protocol/src/requests/consumer_offsets/delete_consumer_offset.rs`
   - Blocking TCP client: delegates to async via `FutureUtil`
   - HTTP client: `DELETE
/streams/{stream_id}/topics/{topic_id}/consumer-offsets/{consumer_id}` with
optional `partition_id` query param (server returns 204 on commit)
   - New integration test in `ConsumerOffsetsClientBaseTest.java`: store an
offset, delete it, verify `getConsumerOffset` returns empty

   **Validation:** `gradle :iggy:compileJava` and `:iggy:compileTestJava` pass.
