Split from #4450. ## Problem `iggy topic get` (`core/cli/src/commands/binary_topics/get_topic.rs:69`) prints the topic properties but ignores two fields of `TopicDetails`: `partitions` and `options` (`core/common/src/types/topic/mod.rs:97`, `:101`). After `topic create --durability persisted`, no CLI command shows the durability. ## Proposal - Add a partitions table to the output, one row per partition: ID, created, segments count, current offset, size and messages count. Use a nested table like the members table in `core/cli/src/commands/binary_consumer_groups/get_consumer_group.rs`. - Add one row per `options` key with its value. ## Acceptance - `topic get` on a topic with several partitions shows one row per partition. - `topic get` on a topic created with `--durability persisted` shows the durability. - `core/integration/tests/cli/topic/test_topic_get_command.rs` checks the partitions table and an options row, and passes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
