Review Comment:
   fixed.

Instead of saving a tracking value for every row, each pending cleanup now
saves the batch's highest tracking value, and the cleanup only touches rows at
or below it: DELETE FROM t WHERE pk IN (...) AND tracking_column <= batch max

A replacement row always gets a newer tracking value, so the cleanup leaves
it alone. This also avoids exact-equality matching on DATETIME and DECIMAL
values, and the state stays small.
Since this needs the tracking column to exist in the table, a computed or
aliased tracking column is now rejected when delete_after_read or
processed_column is set. The README covers it.
Added integration tests that replay a pending cleanup after a key is reused,
for both the built-in query and a custom_query.
