- Fixes https://github.com/apache/inlong/issues/7715 ### Motivation When mysql synchronizes dlc, it is found that the dirty data index of the single table dimension is lost. Since DynamicSchemaHandleOperator also registers the metric index of a single table, it overlaps with the dirty data index in IcebergMultipleStreamWriter, resulting in the loss of the index; ### Modifications By adding the dirty data flag bit in RecordWithSchema, pass it to IcebergMultipleStreamWriter, count the number of dirty data in IcebergMultipleStreamWriter, and temporarily not count in DynamicSchemaHandleOperator ### Verifying this change *(Please pick either of the following options)* - [ ] This change is a trivial rework/code cleanup without any test coverage. - [ ] This change is already covered by existing tests, such as: *(please describe tests)* - [ ] This change added tests and can be verified as follows: *(example:)* - *Added integration tests for end-to-end deployment with large payloads (10MB)* - *Extended integration test for recovery after broker failure* ### Documentation - Does this pull request introduce a new feature?
