Btw, @pjfanning @chrisdutz Am I right to assume that this `bundle.js` issue
is not a blocker for 10.0.0 because the file is MIT and BSD which are Category
A, so not hitting "Blocker" in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-469 ?
