Closes: https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-tools/issues/3166 This draft PR is intended as an alternative to https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-tools/pull/3165 , skipping the use of `mvnw` but downloading and using the real Apache Maven 3.8.6 (mvnw uses this version). Please note this PR is to be refined and should probably use vars. I tested `serverless-logic-web-tools-swf-dev-mode-image` and it works well :green_circle: Defining the artifact for apache-maven with md5 sum should also provide a better safety level.
