Closes https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie/issues/7231 This PR is to only adding public methods: - `RuleFlowGroup.activate()` - `KieCommands.newActivateRuleFlowGroup(String)` - `ConsequenceContext.activateRuleFlowGroup(String)` - `Drools.activateRuleFlowGroup(String)` - `ActivateRuleFlowGroupCommand` So we will be able to use them when writing unit tests and examples. As a next step (possibly after 10.4, alongside making DRL10 the default), we will deprecate the user-facing agenda-group APIs and guide users toward the ruleflow-group APIs.
