docs: Add instructions for upgrading to 0.10.0 Also add documentation of the caveats involved when attempting to downgrade to an older version of Kudu. Additionally: 1. Fix layout problem with installation page The broken layout had to do with a stray "====" before the ".OSX Build Script" section. 2. Fix asciidoc warning messages in index.adoc and release_notes.adoc The warning messages in release_notes.adoc were related to skipping a header level between h1 and h3. So I reduced all headings by one level except for the h1.
