microbuilder opened a new pull request #19: Fixed URI for `mcumgr-cli`, minor cleanup URL: https://github.com/apache/mynewt-mcumgr/pull/19 This PR makes some minor changes to `protocol.md` to point to the correct URI for mcumgr-cli, and some general cleanup to change references to SMP and `mcumgr` instead of NMP and `newtmgr`.
