Rick Hegarty commented on NETBEANS-539:
---------------------------------------
I just built and ran AnagramGame with JDK10 using Build #388 on Windows 10 and
it worked fine; I could not reproduce this problem.
With respect to the four NetBeans log messages noted by Glenn in the previous
comment, I also got the first three, but not the final one ("Refresh of custom
indexer..."). Since I could not reproduce the failure I presume those messages
are not relevant.
My environment:
*Product Version:* Apache NetBeans IDE Dev (Build
incubator-netbeans-linux-388-on-20180402)
*Java:* 1.8.0_162; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.162-b12
*Runtime:* Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_162-b12
*System:* Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
*User directory:* C:\Users\johndoe\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\dev

> Testing the profiler with AnagramGame works fine with JDK8. However, if
> NetBeans 9 is running under JDK10, the profiler does not start when the
> “Profile” button is pressed. The text “Build Successful” is displayed in the
> output window.
