Thx for pointing that out again. Yes It was definitely my trend micro 
antivirus, which I deactivated and after the tests, deinstalled. It doesn't 
make only netbeans slow, but the whole system too. Of course this resolves the 
problem but I think it couldn't be. I don't have such big problems with 
IntelliJ. And not for everyone is the solution to deactivate/deinstall the 
antivirus. It would be good to dive into it deeper what workarounds could be 
done instead of deinstallation. Thx.
