Ok - I'll make this open: You want me to say, that it was an error to remove
this code - I won't do that. You want me to (partly) revert the changeset (or
the hibernate/beansbinding part)? I'm willing to do that, but then _you_ need
to propose a solution and implement it or be prepared to defend the
unreleasable code in the repository.
For the 'I would have voted to keep the code' - I'm not willing to discuss this
matter each time with an apache reviewer and so this was my solution. At the
time that was discussed II saw noone stepping up to counter the arguments from
Justin and supporting Geertjan.
If you want me to do a partial rollback please indicate so and I'll prepare it.
