Quick status update: the parsing script has been updated and we can now record
entries to database. Also, we have verified that redirection works as expected
so registering
[https://netbeans.apache.org/nb/updates/9.0/updates.xml.gz|https://netbeans.apache.org/nb/updates/9.0/updates.xml.gz]
as a new Update Center ends with records on netbeans-vm.apache.org machine.
