Summary: Java EE 8 persistence.xml design view is not usable

# Create Java EE 8 web project. persistence.xml file is created
# Click on persistence.xml in Projects panel to open it. design view is opened
Some features are broken
1. Persistence Provider lists EclipseLink (JPA 2.1). Should be 2.2, which
is not provided by IDE by default and I could not find a way to add it in the
library.
2. Include All Entity Classes is disabled. Because this value can not be
set IDE adds entry for every New Entity in persistence.xml
