I think the icon is the least of the concerns here -- this issue should be
renamed to "Create a Vue Editor", which is a big job, and it's not an issue of
file types or icons. It is an issue of finding an ANTLR file or a JavaCC file
or using the LSP Server or something to embed support for the Vue syntax into
Apache NetBeans. I think a detailed specification is needed for this, with an
umbrella issue, and then multiple issues within that umbrella issues for the
various subtasks.
