Right. NetBeans is a community project. It is as healthy as its community is —
it has community members, of which you are one. Reporting an issue is the start
of a process — fortunately a lot of people are looking at it and discussing it
now but, in general, if you care about an issue you will need to investigate it
yourself or motivate others, via the dev mailing list, to do it for you.
